Slab material cost per sq ft ≈ (thickness in ft) × (concrete rate per cft)

Metric mein:

Cost per m² ≈ thickness (m) × ₹/m³

Example: 100 mm (4 inch) slab, ₹5,500/m³:

  • Motai = 0.1 m
  • Cost per m² = 0.1 × 5,500 = ₹550/m²
  • Per sq ft = 550 ÷ 10.764 ≈ ₹51/sq ft (sirf concrete material)
